What's the freakiest food you've eaten? Since we're mostly from different countries, what are your weird delicacies (ok maybe not weird for you, but for the rest of us)? Or maybe a weird combination that you like to eat together?
I always love looking through the Asian supermarket and they have everything! I was almost tempted to buy a can of fried bugs once just to try it out. Or maybe stinky tofu.
Anyway, I love isaw or barbequed chicken intestines on a I swear, they taste better than they sound! >.<

Well, they can't afford to waste food before, so they eat everything. Looks delish, they aren't freaky at all! Or maybe I just have higher tolerance for "freakyness."

Jellyfish, sea cucumber. Chinese wedding.
The jelly fish was hard to chew and looked like a demented sponge. The sea cucumber was squishy and just plain weird.

I've tried jellyfish before, it tastes interesting. I'm curious about sea cucumbers now~
I'm a really picky eater but I would try anything once... even those bugs on a stick! Maybe not the scorpion though, they look creepy. Or maybe I'll be too curious not to.
Oh, another creepy food I like is snails~love escargot!
