What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

looking for school life manga

I can't remember much, aside from one part.

A school-wide or class-wide quiz in a gym or auditorium where the people who got the question wrong had to leave and the people who answered correctly stayed. The main character ( male, I believe) answers all the questions correct until it is him and another person. He knows the answer, but for some reason answers incorrectly. He also has the answer to the final question.

I appreciate any help to find this manga. Again sorry for being so broad.

You could be thinking of Change Guy. In one of the arc's a situation as you have described happens.

I still have to check it out, but I believe that may be the manga. Thanks for the help.
