What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

I'm lookinf for the name of a japanese manga that I have read once.
The plot: 15 yrs middlescholer confess to an older Highschool girl and they start a relationship. Later the girl is preparing the entrance exams for the university and notes that she can learn more easily after having sex with his boyfriend (the young middlescholar) but she is afraid to tell him that because he could think that she is a perverted one.
