By that I don't mean like heterochromia, but more like eyes that look as if they can stare into other character/your souls. Like Jiraishin at least I think and If possible with romance please >.<

2) A Love Triangle/Unrequited Love sorta thing...?
Basicly Boy A and B both like Girl A, and they are fighting over her, and then come along girl B. I want her to like Both Guy A and B but in the 1st while they must not like her/not notice, and then as the story progresses they both fall in love with her , or maybe just 1. Something along those lines.

Ugh looks like I read too much mangas lol Kara no Kyoukai is going to my reading list and maybe will be reading Iris Zero. But will the main protagonist EVENTUALLY gain some awesome powers?!?!?! I've been avoiding it like the plague cause I'm thinking he never will :/

If you read that looking for awesome powers in general, I think you're missing the point.

Rather, which F/SN power are you talking about? Magan? Well, quite a few characters do have magical eye powers, but as you mentioned, to a much lesser degree.

However, they are very numerous, but Chokushi no Magan is probably the most known one, and you can find that in Kara no Kyoukai and Tsukihime.

But, that doesn't really have anything to do with staring into other people's souls does it? Or, is the OP just naming one example?
