C-Blossom.. It's a great manga, though only one chapter has been scanlated.. It's already complete with two volumes.. It's an action Shoujo with nice art..

If you would want a tragedy, the only one that comes to mind right away is Deep Love - Ayu no Monogatari, which is actually a josei, and mature, but really good.
