After some looking around and googling, I decided to ask.
Is Rappi Rangai finished? Seems like the Mangaka decided to just stop, or the scanlators are having problems.
Really enjoy this series, would like to know if we'll ever get any chapters.

This title has been passed from Scanlator to Scanlator. The most recent group (Gao) is where I stopped following it due to them watermarking it (my pet hate), but last time I checked they still listed it as a current title though they hadn't released a chapter in some months. I wish someone else would take it over as I loved the artwork on this one.

the manga itself is apparently done ending at 10 volumes or something to that degree as for scans yeah last group i saw scanning it was gao subs
