I'm looking for a manga where the lead character is a very important person like a ruler of a country that is travenling around in disguise. I also prefer that he/she doesn't tell anyone about who they really are.
an example would be superior where the demon lord is traveling disguised as a weak monster.

Not ruler, but a legendary war assassin who travels around as a wanderer. Unfortunately, his friends actually do find out who he is, so I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for. It's good, though.

Skip Beat - doesn't really travel, but
Kyou Kara Maou I think is like this at times.
Romeo x Juliet - I recommend the anime, though the manga's alright.
Kuroshitsuji - he's not a traveler by occupation, but his job does require him to travel at times.

Ren is the son of a famous foreign actor, and he goes to great lengths to hide it, even dying his hair and pretending to be Japanese.
