Dear dokko-dokko,
I am currently interested in a job as a Japanese translator. I have been studying Japanese for many years, and have recently finished up my Japanese major at the university level. I am currently downloading the Japanese Translator Test pack and will be completing it shortly.
What other requirements might I need to fulfill to properly apply for this position?
Also, I am a couple classes away from being done with my second degree in Elementary Education. Within that program, I specialized in English and Language Arts, so I am experienced in the ways of grammar mechanics. as a result, this makes me a great proof reader, if you are also looking for people to fill that position, as well.

please follow the directions in the test and send it in via email. and sorry to say, we're not looking for more proofreaders right now; but we are in need of JPN translators, so we'd like to hear from you with the TL test.
other requirements to joining A-Team? if you join us, you have to be available -- hopefully either on irc, or at least check in on the forum regularly. also, a sense of humor would go a long ways.

i wanna make a personal plea as a korean translator, for another korean translator to join us. right now we have a mix of korean tlers who are either one-project-only, or are here in name only. i would be grateful for help in closing out Phantom King (~1 vol left), plus starting/continuing one or two other projects that are currently in the backseat.
