I got to agree on that. I loved the ending of Sweet Blood.
Cruel Fairytales - that was bloody spooky O.o
Kaine - totally psychedelic, I seriously didn't anticipate that it would end like this.
Wedding Bells - that was an unorthodox way to get them all out of trouble

The best ending in a manga would be Pita-Ten because it was really realistic even if it was sad. Also, I liked Koi Suru 1/4's and Oyayubihime Infinity's too.

Ichigo 100%, despite i didn't like the ending it ahve, it was one of the best I have read, pretty complete and without unfinished plot holes, besides it even lets you have the chance of formulating the ending you wanted leaving a chance for the other girl xP... and on the other hand pretty self explanatory and logic

For anime, gotta go with Cowboy bebop.
For manga, oddly enough I found the best endings were in my hentai collection; Hallow Hallow, Pink Sniper, Slut Girl, etc. Since they pretty much know the publication rarely lasts long the writers and artists plan out the endings better than main stream publications.

I'm gonna go for all of Mitsuru Adachi mangas for best endings. Katsu, Rough, Niji Iro Togarashi, Touch and H2 all of em had a great ending. Adachi sensei sure know how to ends things well i'd say. Can't wait to see how he'll end things in Cross Game

But overall there is Chrno Crusade anime.

Ichigo 100%. It made me feel sad to see it end, yet satisfied when it ended which is something no other manga has done for me yet. It also makes me have a feeling of nostolgia somehow about my high school years after it being a few months after one year of being out of high school. I read it once before boot, once after boot, and once while down here in Pensacola while in a holding platoon to start my A-school and the ending is great every time.
