My heart is equally split between Zero and Kaname... how about Yuki? 
(I voted for Kaname... sorry Zero!  )
(Ren is also pretty hot, but I hate Sho.)

They are all soooo hnnnnnnng.
But I go with Ren.
Usui: stopped reading that awhile ago (lol why?)
Kaname: can go die.
Zero: Not quite as tortured as I like 'em. (I mean, it has nothing to do with Yuuki so whats the point?)
Kurosaki: can't get over the smoking.
So Ren wins. He would win anyway~!~!! Just, WOW. Him and Kyoko is always so.....!
Also he is never the same! I can't predict him at all!

I will obviously choose Kurosaki......anything that reminds me of Kurosaki Ichigo is hot in my opinion.............plus you never see a shoujo lead who smokes now a days!!! .................I really hate shoujo girls..........the men are fine by me though....most of the time....

Definitely Kurosaki, in looks and personality. I just love it when he's with Teru; they're both just so hilarious together.
Even though I've only read a little bit of the other series listed (and dropped them), here's my ranking:
Usui - 2nd (Not my type, but he has the looks. Also, he doesn't piss me off personality wise)
Zero - 3rd (Ehh.. well, he has a nice face) 
Ren - 4th (Not really hot imo. As for personality, I don't know. It was years ago since I read this.)
Sho - 5th (He's that moron that used Kyoko right? Seriously, that's all I remember about him.)
Kaname - 6th (I want to punch him in the face.)

I voted Usui-kun, but, honestly, I just couldn't choose between him and Kurosaki. They're just both so hot and so cool that I feel like I betrayed Kurosaki-kuuun ! *Remembers that he's really violent*
Please help me, he's going to kill me Q_Q
I didn't watch Skip Beat, but in Vampire Knight, Kaname pisses me off. And Zero... Well, I like him, but not that much (I definitely prefer Shiki <3 )
