'Silent Protagonist' doesnt means that the person/protagonist should be dumb or keep his mouth shut. It just means that the person speaks less or stays silent more time.
Even if Raizel doesn't talk much, silent protagonists are SILENT, as in they NEVER talk. Example: Gordon Freeman.
Technicality. I agree, but in manga, I don't think you'll find more than ten (you might not find even five) that have truly "silent" protagonists - unless they're mute, in which case they don't count.
In the context, I think Rai qualifies. For most chapters he has no more than one or two lines - normally about going home and eating ramen.

He talks like once every 5 chapters at most and usually just one word... kneel..... he has barely said more than 5 sentences by chapter 160.... any more silent than that is called being mute.... the main activity of the character is either looking like a supermodel, staring at a bowl of ramen, or looking like a supermodel while staring at a bowl of ramen.... oh and being epic..... words rarely can fit in the spaces as all his screentime is already accounted for.... or... pagetime I guess....

But Rai is a main character... Even if some main characters in manga are shy they definitely have more lines than Rai. Imo the 'silent protagonist' tag fits. It's even voted 134-3.
