I like this tag. There aren't many mangas listed under it though. Like Zen from Akagami no Shirayukihime and Midori from Kimi ga Uso o Tsuita which I am currently reading. Even Tamaki from Ouran, though he is also an idiot lol. I want them to be the main lead though, like Yuki from Fruits Basket also fits but she picked Kyo. Same with Hanabusa Satsuki in Yume-iro Patissiere (I watched the anime though), she likes Makoto, the rude guy

All these characters are pretty but not arrogant jerks. I want nice, caring characters like that.

No Yaoi, Shounen-ai please and I would prefer some romance in the manga but it doesn't have to be shoujo.

Maybe Shugo Chara!. In the story, he's like an actual prince of the school, but it's not official or anything.

I didn't like the guy from red river (and also the girl), so I never dropped it. Shugo Chara! fits but I have read it. I will read Eensy Weensy Monster, Legend of the Sun Knight The Prince's Cactus and superior. Penguin Prince is a oneshot? But Motomi Kyousuke's stuff is great so I will read that too!

Any more suggestions?
