I know this may be wrong because it's not the central story but in Love Monster the father never aged and the mother found it creepy so she divorced him.

I don't think it's Love Monster...
I don't recall the mom cheating on Hiyo's dad...
The scene I remember is the woman having an affair with some guy, practically in front of her husband. The guy even asks if it's alright, doing it in front of her kid, while the women just laughs, and mentions that its her husband, and that it's creepy how he didn't age. Is that in Love Monster?

Looked at both those lists, and the manga doesn't appear to be there...:/
I looked over the cheating list, but I might have missed a few..
But all the mangas in the unaging male lead are definitely not the one I am looking for...
