I'm looking for manga that has close physical contact (like romantic hugging) between the main female and male leads that doesn't result in or is the result of sex. While the intention of the physical contact can be sexual, I'd like for them to not sleep with each other right afterward. (Example of this being that the guy hugs and kisses the girl with the intention of sleeping with her at that moment, but it doesn't happen for whatever reason like in Kiss/Hug and Santa Claus Panic!.) The guy can even want to sleep with the girl (or vise-versa) for the duration of the story, but again I'd rather they not end up doing it.
I've used the search function in the forums, but, after pages and pages, haven't found what I'm looking for.

Shoujo/Josei
Romance (+ Comedy)
At least 1 volume in length
Completed series
No:
Hentai
Shounen ai, Shoujo ai, Yaoi, Yuri
Student-Teacher relationship (unless it takes place in college, no high/middle/elementary school)

Rushed endings/Axed (unless it has an actual conclusion, or it's just that good)

Smut (unless it's limited and the story is really good)

I know what you mean and truthfully I've been kinda looking for the same thing in a manga and so far the only one that i've found is Kaichou wa Maid Sama oh wait there's another i think W-Juliet. I'll post some more if i found something new

Aishiteruze Baby fits too
it doesnt take them a gazillion years to kiss or get together..it just happens,no drama like omg-does-he-really-love-me type of thing

it would be hapi mari but just at the begginig~ then it becomes sexual (just a little)~..
And maybe L-DK... i like the art, but the story is a little cliché

I've already read Aishiteruze Baby, and I've been recommending it to some friends since I finished reading it! 
I've read one of ENJOUJI Maki's works already, so I don't think I would mind Hapi Mari too much. I don't think I would mind L-DK either, so long as the clichés are done right. They both sound interesting.
