The strange thing is... these chapters are not actually bad. They just don't look like Bleach.
I wonder if Tsukishima is a bad guy. He seems to be helping Ichigo...

The plot's just strange here, it doesn't feel like Bleach but ah well, something ought to happen as you can see Ishida coming and I don't think Tsukishima has invaded his memories.

I feel like this is really stupid. Ichigo's friends stopped Ichigo from attacking Tsukishima but they don't stop Tsukishima from attacking Ichigo. Yeah, some friends, and I thought that Orihime was in love with Ichigo, then why isn't she on his side or even put up a shield to protect him just like when she protected Tsukishima from the getsuga.
Chad and Orihime's thoughts: "Ichigo why are you attacking Tsukishima? We are friends, go Tsukishima stab Ichigo!"
This fight is lame....

Yeah, I'm really confused here...how did Tsukishima even know about getsuga in the first place? I thought that he just placed himself in memories, can he actually go back in time or something?
And, he sounded like he was going to give up when he noticed that Ichigo had mastered his powers. Was all of this set up by Ichigo's father and Urahara or something?
Also, I agree with everyone else...seems a bit odd that Inoue and Chad aren't really worried about Tsukishima using deadly force against Ichigo. They both still know him as a friend, but did Tsukishima replace Ichigo with himself or something?

I mentioned this in discussion several chapters ago. And I miss Rukia too. Anyway, decent chapter, but like damn near every single action manga ever nothing is being explained when it would help make the most sense.

Spoiler (mouse over to view) ichigo is cornered with tsukishima and all of his friends who want to take ichigo down, ichigo sadly thinks to himself, "if you can't beat em, i guess there is no choice but to join em" ichigo purposely takes a blow from tsukishima and becomes tsukishimas friend as well....turns out all tsukishima ever wanted was to be apart of the gang.. what a twist!

I think it's kinda refreshing to have a different story not involving the soul society especially when the enemies are his friends. Only complaint I have is I wish somebody would hurry up and kill this bastard Tsukashima maybe THEN Ichigo will get his shinigami clothes back!!!

Yeah, I think I'd add Rave Master and One Piece to the list that don't always follow convention as well. They do however seem to suffer from overlong exposition at times. I guess that's better than none at all.
