Yes that's right YOU are needed to bring lesser known yet still awesome series to the general manga reading population.

I am starting a new scanlation group to try and achieve this goal I already have 3 members which is a start but not enough so we are recruiting for all positions. I'm not interested in starting a flash in the pan group so while previous experience isnt necessary dedication and commitment is.

Although we have already thought of a first project we would like to take on (Rookies more awesome than you average shounen and your average baseball series unyet highly undervalued) we are still open to more projects as long as we have the staff and the structure (we would rather do one series well and consistently then a few series haphazardly). So each staff member gets to bring to the table a series that they would like us to scanlate the main two criteria it would have to meet would be 1) It's awesome and underated 2) Nobody else is scanlating it (and no series with slower releases don't count) 3) You have or know where to get good quality raws for the series.

Positions needed would be
Translators (Japanese - English)
Proofreaders
Editors
Typesetters
