i was hooked on this manga from the very beginning, and thats probably why i finished 15 volumes in 5 hours.
i hope someone can help me find something with similar characteristics. I'd like some action that happens every once in a while but there's also 'rest' periods. a plot that doesn't get revealed all at once would be nice, like how in 7 seeds,
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
we don't realize that takashi is hana's father till very late in the manga
... i also like how there are many things that connect with eachother.

i'm not sure if what i'm asking for is possible, but really, anything that is similar to '7 seeds' would really intrigue me right now.
think hard @-@

thanks biggrin

I love 7 seeds too~...<3<3<3<3 there's no other manga that's as realistic as 7 seeds..but there are other mangas that share similar themes.

Ibara no Ou -- similar premise; Apocalypse, Cold Sleep, waking up in the future, Dinosaurs. But the characters are not memorable.
Drifting classroom -- a more extreme and unrealistic version of 7 seeds.
Zipang -- a modern day navy ship timetravelled back into the past [during 2nd world war]
Suicide Island -- is quite realistic in embracing the survivalist theme.
Btooom! -- is also on survival, action and has a very tasteful fanservice. Quite good.
Psyren -- Survival, stranded in a strange place.
Battle royale -- one of the best survival psych mangas.

Try Chicago by the same author.

There is also Limit, Sprite, Eden: It's an Endless World!(which is amazing btw) and ES

Also, Hotel is a good read too, though its a oneshot.

ERrr... could you use the spoiler tag next time? You just spoilt part of the writing, for those who haven't read that far. no

Btw, there're very few titles like 7 seeds. Even for survival-based movies or tv dramas, the writing often involves tons of twists but the plot doesn't get developed well. As in: they keep throwing tons of twists until the end and claim that's good writing, even if only 30% of the plot is answered which meant they couldn't develop the plot any further. laugh

Maybe Dragon Head.
