ok so this really buggs me -.-...I can remember almost the whole story, but I yust can't find the name anywhere >.<...

the story is about two people who are childhood friends who become lover..and one of them wants to run away with the oter one, it's winter. one of them has a weak body and a cold and the other one somehow klimbs over a mountain to reach the hospital and tell them that his friend is in danger. while climbing he injured his knee and has to stopp doing Martial Arts.
when his freiend waks up, he thinks the other one betrayed him and holds a grudge.

this is the past...the story starts a few years later....

the story starts when they meet again, the one who saved his friend is working in a restaurant..I think... and the other one became a businessman.
they met again and the bussnesman invites the other one to a club, where they bet their fighter against each other and the one who did Martial Arts became the fighter of the businesman....

ok..I'm lazy, so thats all I'm going to write..I think it's enough to find out which manga it is....
