Please, god oh god, don't suggest any harems. @__@; I'll kill myself. After reading so many, I've officially gone mad. It's all the same shit over and over, over and over.

(I'm sure you've read Claymore, but it's worth another mention. It's awesome.)
I strongly agree with the recommendation of D.Gray-Man, since that's a really great series~ You should also try Kekkaishi, Muhyo to Rouji, Sket Dance, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, and Witch Hunter.

Asklepios a 100 pg oneshot. And Cristo, which I recommend over and over again. It's like other shounens, but doesn't drag on forever.
