Adrian and Lawrence from Shounen Zanzou. First BL that made me cry.
Yoshioka and Oosawa from Sorenari ni Shinken nandesu...They're so cute together. The daughter is adorable..they're all adorable!

I'm partial to Goh and Taki from Yellow. Theirs is a slow build-up story, but by the time Yellow 2 rolls in, I can't even imagine a more tender couple.
Well, actually, Jaehee and Dai from Let Dai are up there too.

I think the main couple from 1999 Shanghai had a ton of chemistry. Its probably because its a forbidden romance (not the typical 'oh we're both guys' but the 'we're from rival gangs and probably should be killing each other') so the characters have to have a lot of love for one another in order to put up with all the drama. Also, there were a few scenes with when there's literally no dialogue, they just give each other a look and its on. For some reason I think that's super hot.

i second Let Dai
and i'll say the second couple from love mode Naoya and Aoe. well as the plot progresses, it becomes really deep and it's a couple that has gone through a lot so
