I like the Ciel's Seventh Scripture from Tsukihime. It's not in the anime, not sure about the manga, so I'm not sure that this really qualifies...If it doesn't then it's Wolfwood's cross from Trigun for me.

The "Nibelung Valesti" attack from Valkyrie Profile was a cool one, first shed pierce the enemy, send it flying into air, make a ball of energy and then summon a lance to pierce the ball with
