What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Hi! I'm searching about a story like this, if it exists XD
I'd like to find a yaoi where the uke cheats his seme with another guy (better if the two semes hate each other). The uke has to feel guilty, but he can't resist to have sex with him.
Don't care if the uke comes back to his seme or falls for the other one.
Does a plot like this exist??

It's been a while but I believe Rules and its side stories + prequels have a lot of cheating involved between the couples.

Also, definitely read Double Call. It has all the stuff you're looking for.

EDIT: BTW the cheating is only part of an arc and won't come until the later volumes.
