So ... It probably was a romance, and a shoujo and i'm pretty sure it was about some music band. I don't remember much about it but there was a girl with a guitar case. She was listening to music while shoping with her boy friend.
Second thing i remember is this band (and i think the girl was a fan of them). They were on the roof waiting for the helicopter to pick them up. (i'm not sure if they were waiting but the helicopter certainly was there ).
Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru I've never read it, but it's category tags are "guitar" and "band", so it might be worth a shot. (There are actually only two series with that combination, but I doubt it's Jippu Jippu Byuun! )
