I am searching for a manga where a old bully (guy) returns and says I love you to the girl.
The most important things for me is that the guy is in love with the girl first, so i will also gladly accept any manga where a guy confess to a girl.
The manga that suit here would be the third story of Kanchigai Musume to Buchigire Ouji

It's really good, and even if you hate the heroine, I LOVE her! Even though it's 3 volumes only, it has a good pacing.

From what I can see, it's Rin and Shiemi from Ao No Exorcist (I could be wrong though). They're not an official pairing yet, but I love the series nonetheless.

But ao no exorcist is amazing. Love this anime. But it will end soon. I don't know what I should do without rin...
