Looking for this oneshot or possibly original doujinshii about a travelling musician or bard who brings ruin upon cities or countries which indulge in too much decadency(eating too much food, indulging in wanton sex and so on). Think... Mesopotamia as in, the Tower of Babel.
I read it many years ago and can't recall who did it.
It might have been in black and white or colour.
I've searched through Horror and Tragedy and looked at every description. Nothing so far.
From memory, I doubt it's Shounen-ai or Yaoi or Shoujo-ai or Yuri. I also doubt it's any of the demographics like Shounen, Shoujo, Josei or even Seinen.
