For me, it depends.
If you count the time I'm logged on and walk away from the computer to avoid eye strain, maybe about 8 hours That's including watching an anime or two.
Otherwise, the longest non-stop reading would be about 5 hours. My eyes burned and wouldn't stop watering. Usually happens when I start a 100+ chapter manga. I've learned to take frequent breaks since then
When I first started reading, I'd be online day-in and day-out finding new series to read. After about 6 months of that, I tend to go in one hour to two-hour-long spurs. I've basically found everything I like and just wait for those releases now. Every now and then I find another gem and can't pry my eyes off the monitor.
Also, love your pic too, OP. Anxious doesn't begin to describe it though...

its usually like this:
i study for say 2 hours then take a 30 min break in which i would either read a manga or a book
so i study and read manga during breaks inbetween my studying
but if the manga is reaaallyy interesting i would pull an all nighter reading it

There have been one or two (or 10) series where I have 'accidentally' read through the night, 12 hours or there abouts.
My general state of being is reading though, so this is actually quite short.
There have been novels *cough*Harry Potter*cough* that I have read start to finish without eating, sleeping, comminicating with the outside world or moving much expect when nature called.
This is much harder to do with manga though, because my laptop hurts my eyes and the volumes only take an hour or so each usually, so I inadvertantly end up returning to reality before the story ends.

I would say a couple of hours or something. I can't read manga for hours on end.
I've had long sessions with anime before, but not really with manga.
