What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)

I'm looking for a manga/anime that has the same type of comedy/romance as Seto no Hanayome. Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks!

Seto no Hanayome is a gag comedy with romance, try the genre search and you will get some nice results. Click
Especially recommend Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu
