I remember reading a story in which a guy gets a head injury or looses sights. He is dating one twin girl but I think the other ends up looking after him while he was blind but he doesnt realise until the end. There may have been something about oragami or flowers in it too. I can't remember if it was a one shot or a series unfortunately.
