But, it later became known that they were not related. So, (I think) she switches places with a girl who was being raised by the female lead's actual parents.. I think she falls in love with the boy she thought was her brother.

Mon Member 3:11 am, Sep 30 2011 Posts: 3	The only incest manga I know is Boku wa Imouto ni Koiwosuru and thats because my group is scanlating it XD. I personally haven't read it so I don't know if it is the one your looking for but by the way you are describing it, it fits the plot of this manga.

I don't think it was tagged as false incest because the protagonist finds out in the beginning of the manga that she is not related to her "brother."
