I forgotten almost all of it, but i know, that the main character was very influental: because in a szene a girl screamed that if he want to save her from the gang he need to bring a army with him and let her talk with the president of the united states. Then he brought with him a us-military troup with him that captures the gang (and he or one of the officers says that they need new recruites XD ), and the last thing i know is that she walked in the Air Force One.

I know this is not much, but i hope somebody can help me to find the name of this manga.

EDIT: No, the main character wasn't male, sorry; she only looks male, but is female.
