What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)

the name of the topic is a bit unique but thats what I'm looking for.. a manga where the protagonist has some kind of "power" or "knowledge".. or however you want to understand the word... that gives him some advantage.

can be any genre except yuri and (ecchi+harem+romance)

Not sure if this is what you meant but the only ones i could think of is , Code Geass and Death note. Light has the notebook wich many ppl doesnt have and Lelouch has his geass wich gives them an edge, Prefer the anime on both though...
