What!!!! No one mentioned Hoozuki-san Chi no Aneki, impossible how can that be....anyways is this prob my all time fav funny manga so please read it. Forget bout all the other recs made by everyone.

Can't believe it wasn't mentioned but skip beat is hilarious due to the protag... most epic chick ever lol. tokyo crazy paradise by the same author is a bit more serious but still very funny. And even tho its a drama I found a lot of no bra to be great comedy.... it may break your sexual perception tho x.x.
In the harem category based on your ai kora like(great amazing series btw, read it like 20 times)
There's to love-ru and kanokon but the latter is really echi. And there's kiss x sis to throw in. Oh almost forgot omamori himari, also extremely funny at times.
Other than that ill suggest
lilim kiss its not as funny as the others but has its moments, and is a good read.
b gata h kei is also very funny.
mx0 almost forgot it but despite its early termination(still about 100 chaps) its one of my favs
I tried to post only new ones but I think on my list the funniest would be skip beat and mx0... both have protags that equal the epic of ai koras... granted not as hilarious an obsession but still funny.
And out of all the recs kyou kara ore wa!! is seconded as one of the greatest comedies of all time. I am and always will be a devoted minion of lord mitsuhashi xp. Plus its really long so you really get to enjoy the character. If you want a more mature version go with aiki he's not bad in the beginning but he returns to what is apparently his normal character later, and he's like a more bad a and evil version of mitsuhashi.... do not read if you are hoping for any forms of inspiration friendship or romance, you shall be sadly disappointed xp
