I'm mostly looking for manga with an art style like YUMEKA Sumomo, TOBINA Touya or KIM Jea-Eun. Or any manga that you think has phenomenal art! It could be shoujo, shounen, seinen, josei or heck, even yaoi. I would just want to read a manga with great art and plot, something that would really make me think, "Wow, just read the most awesome manga in my life!"

Thank You smile

The first thing that came to my mind was Inoue Takehiko's Vagabond. He's just so good at making dialogue-less panels and his watercolored pages are just amazing. Though Vagabond isn't exactly something you read for the plot; there IS a plot, but the focus of the storytelling is more on the philosophy and character growth. And it is currently on hiatus, though it seems to be about to restart soon.

------------

I checked out my top manga lists for other suggestions, but it just occurred to me that I don't give that much weight on the art. You can check out those lists (they're public, and all are completed manga), and I think you'll agree with me that there isn't anything with really stellar art. At least except for Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan and Yumeka Sumomo's other works, but I'm sure you've already read those! bigrazz .

I second Vagabond, it has amazing art and plot.

Usually I don't mind the art as long as it has good story, but here's some that I think have great art:
Anything by Benjamin, he draws beautifully, but he's not really great storyteller (the story is not that bad, just so-so).

Oh! Great also has amazing drawing, but his writing is sucks... I read Tenjou Tenge and suddenly I don't know where the story's going. I don't dare to read Air Gear or other his works. But maybe you'll like it...

For josei, I really love Yoshimura Akemi's art. Umi Yori mo Fukaku and Anata ga Ireba have great art and plot.

Kokou no Hito, great art and story, sometimes it has depressing moments.
Alichino, the art is stunning, yet the story is not that great... and it's hiatus too sad
Superior and the sequel, Superior †
Takeru - Opera Susanoh Sword of the Devil and Replica
Adekan and anything by Nao tsukiji
I also love Endo Hiroki's art, Eden: It's an Endless World! is one of my most favourites.
kiyohara Hiro's art is amazing too. I recommend all his works.
Shimizu Reiko's Himitsu and Kaguya Hime. Also, Moon Child

I rarely read yaoi, but Sorenari ni Shinken nandesu. has good art and the story is cute too.[m]

I second Superior and it's sequel!!
I also suggest:
Anything by CLAMP has really great art (IMO) and the plots are really, really deep
Tegami Bachi: BEAUTIFUL art as well as intriguing plot
Aphorism: great art and pretty good plot
Also anything by Takayama Shinobu is just breathtaking!!

Seconding Tegami Bachi

Pandora Hearts and Kieli, great art and outstanding plot IMO.

Le Pavillon de l'aile ouest. I heard the art was enchantingly beautiful.

Hakuji I like the art, I guess. Plot is ok.

Just about anything by Aki

Flowers of Evil love it. Has incense though.

If you're looking for a really thought-provoking story Love Story, Killed would be great, but the art isn't really that pretty...

Take a look at ITOU Ei and MINAZUKI Suu works

Tetragrammaton Labyrinth is great (I bought all 6 volumes) and its been fully uploaded to MangaFox recently.

I haven't read Sora no Otoshimono (watched the anime though)
Seven Ocean is funny and has some great art
Watashi no Kyuuseishu-sama is good but only gets better around halfway through
Judas is... awesome however, only up to volume 3 (out of 5) has been uploaded to the internet...
As soon as I put together $60 or so I'll be buying all 5 off of Amazon (or some other site >.>)

All of these are great with great art

Also, this may not suit your request but you should give Vampire Juujikai AKA Record of a Fallen Vampire a try
Best manga I've ever read and its got pretty good art smile

Adekan
smile The details are cra-zy!

And for yaoi:
Wild Wind
You can read the previous two, but this one is just great on its own storyline wise. The art is not too complex, at the same time it's not simple either.

Very tempted to give you Shingeki no Kyojin... why not.

Style maybe rough at times, but he has an excellent sense of space and perspective. The double page layouts are great. Plot wise it's amazing. It will make you feel like you just read the most awesome manga in your life. If you can get past the fact... it doesn't graphically censor fighting, injuries and death.

How can I forgot Cesare? The art is so gorgeous, and the plot is intriguing. You can check other works by Souryo Fuyumi too.

YUKI Kaori - anything by her: Count Cain series, Angel Sanctuary, Ludwig Kakumei

Saiyuki - I love MINEKURA Kazuya-sensei's gorgeous boys

Cantarella - historical fantasy

Otomegatari - historical

The One - I'm reading this now and liking it very much. Judging from some of the things you have listed, I think it will be to your taste too. Filled with pretty people, it is set in the world of fashion.
