if i remember correctly a young girl around 10-11 is the reincarnation of her neighbors past lover that died at 15. She has the memories and feelings of her past life and knows that her neighbor is the guy her past self loved. There is also a chicken in the story, a scene about a lake and swans, and at the ending she is about to move so she confesses her love to the guy again.
