I think it's obvious Shinwoo and al. will gain some power, because every main characters besides them are just so powerful ! It would be odd that some of the first characters we follow stay as mere humans until the end.

Ok, Shinwoo is much stronger than at the beginning, but why Seira? He's aiming for Yoonah, and Ikhan has feelings for Seira.

nop ikhan never had feelings for seira on the other hand seira hinted interest in shinwoo. it is true thet shinwoo has feelings for yoonah but he gave up long tima ago and just wants her to de happy

Regis stated to resemble is grandfather in Seira eyes someone she greatly admires and respects it might lead to something but i think this will end with no conclusion on this end.
And about Shinwoo he might end up been enchanted but that would be stretching it to much story wise, also don't see Rei letting something like that happen, he doesn't have intension of letting the kids involve on that side of the world and if they are approach or another incident happens he will most likely erase they memories again even if not they will to do so

You seem awfully convinced Shinwoo and Seira will end up together, but I don't remember the two of them ever showing interest in one another... Was there a scene that showed their potential that I missed?? *confused*
Well, anyways, I chose the last choice because it's the only one without Seira in it. I think he will power up, but not in a way that he's enhanced (just gets stronger in a normal, human way). I also don't see why or how he would end up with Seira (as mentioned above), so that rules out the second one. Shinwoo likes Yoonah, and Seira says (thinks) Shinwoo is too young in one of the chapters, don't they?

Correct  . Plus yoonah is after M-21 atm, and I doubt the author would give a plot development that may finally give m-21 full relief from his lonesome life, then not follow through with it. So far I see m-21 to yoonah, shinwoo to siera, and ikhan to the model chick(this one is an extreme longshot and no hints support it.... just a feeling I have that it might happen).... as for rai I don't think much will happen there unless maybe frankenstein comes out of the closet XD.

Because, in the story, Rai and Frankenstein have always tried to keep the humans out of the picture (for their own safety) so I guess they will probably also try to keep Shinwoo from being enhanced. Else, it's a bit inconsistent.
And from what I recall (which apparently might be incorrect, according to several posts above...?) Shinwoo has indeed always been aiming for Yoonah, and as much as I love Seira, I think Yoonah X Shinwoo make a better couple.

There was an option for enhanced with no siera, and normal human with no siera..... unless you want me to place alien intervention or the longshot he randomly gets turned vampire there isn't much else I can add... as for shinwoo, as mentioned before, he has given up in the more recent chapters...as for what backs it up Spoiler (mouse over to view) he noticed her staring at m-21 with an expression that seems to point to love, and said he had to move on. Immediately after siera hands him his bag, and he says thanks. She responds that it wasn't the first time, which is a recall to when shinwoo attempted to save her. She then smiles for one of the first times in the series, and walks away.... shinwoo is left blushing. also it is indeed said the seira thinks he is too young, but I think that this instead points out that she is waiting for him to mature.. which will probably happen very fast when he is pulled into life and death struggles between monstrously powerful beings. All in all I think the author did a great job with the subtle hints throughout, and all of this is based on my opinion/hope...
I just made this to see where other people stood and apparently its close to 2:3 on the siera prediction.... idk how the author got me so interested in the romance of a story that has only had maybe 2 chapter worth of its 200 pointing towards romance

Half a year later, and the only change is the options for shinwoos genetic enhancement went through the floor x.x... someone make a move on something, id even except yaoi wholeheartedly as long as romance... that being said pls keep all details of raixfrank and 21xregis scenes behind closed doors pls and ty.
On the plus side the ksa agents are married....apparently mutual love does exist in the story... good to know.

My prediction: left for dead. I feel like only 21 is going to be vital to the story later on through getting stronger. And maybe Regis after his coming-of-age ceremony.
