Very hilarious manga that isn't currently being translated (254 out of 335 chapters already translated; still more than enough left to keep you guys busy).

Despite what its status may be, no one's doing anything with it (latest scanlation: chapter 46, volume 7 -- most recent volume in Japan: 12).

Hyakko:
Also "being worked on", but the least you could do is translate chapters 13-20.

Seto no Hanayome:
Yet another manga with very slow activity. There's a gap left to be translated (chapters 33-37), then finished off (60-76).

I would be happy if you considered scanlating Arslan Senki
It is an old completed manga from 1991 with 13 volumes and never got licensed in English. There are 6 OVAs about it which have already been dubbed, that I love a lot, and always questioned how the story would develop. The basic topic of the story is how a country should be ruled and how a good leader should behave.
