Must Have:
-NO shouta-con, as in any guys under 15 are OUT.

My first yaoi (and I've read only three...):
Kuma to Interi - it's surprisingly sultry... I dunno... maybe it's because of the setting... and the olderrrrrrr men... I don't know if you'll like the art, but this collection of one-shots is worth it!! I think there's a super steamy one (not my thing)... Chapter 6. But read it in order. They're somewhat interconnected.

EDIT: Hmm... I had to delete a number of my suggestions because when I checked, none of them were "fast and hot" like I thought they were. I guess my definition of "hot" is kinky mind games and dialogue.

Normally, I wouldn't dream of reccomending these to a new yaoi fan, but you asked for it so... *shrug*
Just from the top of my head...
Canvas ni Kuchizuke o beautiful, very erotic
Kaikan Phrase limited plot, lots of smut
Happy Play kinky.
Goshujinsama to Wanko hardcore, pleasant art
Heart ni Goyoujin Not a lot of character development, but it was pretty sexy... in a way
Oresama Gattai Keikaku no depth... basically PWPs, smutty
Most of these have just a bare minimum of plot, so just read them like you would read crack

Hand Which - I remember liking this at some point. Sorry, that's not very promising.  Still, try it.
Illumination- excellent. try her other stuff as well.

They're kind of young (I'm thinking mid-late middle school), but not young enough to qualify as shota. The story (+smut) is good, if brief, and the ending isn't the typical slapjob done to most stories in the yaoi genre.

Welcome to the dark side! Oneshots can be a great way to try out different mangaka. I'll list some of my favorites, and I hope you'll find something you like.
Mijuku na Kareshi is a story collection by MINASE Masara. I recommend anything she writes. Her men are always beautiful, but not girly.
Cat and Master Dog, Lock Out, and Double Face are hot oneshots by YAMANE Ayano. If you like these, be sure to check out her most famous work, Viewfinder.
Make Me Happy and Te wo Tsunaide, Sora wo, story collections by MIYAMOTO Kano. Anything by her is highly recommend.
Boku no Shiru Anata no Hanashi, shorts by SUZUKI Tsuta, mangaka of Hand Which, previously recommended. Her art is a bit more angular than pretty, but the semes are hot.
Dark Road - this one is grim and violent but  hot.
Dakishimetakunai and Yokubou Shounen are two collections by NAONO Bohra.
Cherry (ICHIJOU Lemon), collection
Sex Therapist - 
Another of my favorites that you should try sometime is NITTA Youka, but she works best in longer forms.
