I want any manga just like the title given up there^.. I want the hero is strong.. But then he became weak becoz of the heroin.. Just like that~ I just need any recommendation..

Hmmmm... well I hope this one is close to what u wanted.
The Legend of Maian (strong sorceress falls cause of hero) this one is pretty funny too.
Kinda the opposite role reversal but it was the first one that came to mind.
Other wise "Red river" and "Basara" should work and fit that bill (but both main characters are the girls but the guys are heros and totally fall for them). Both get slightly depressing.
"Far Far away" will also fit the bill.
"Princess" is another one but it's not finished and very depressing.
And the most depressing of all "WOLF GUY - OOKAMI NO MONSHOU" This one is rated mature x2 and if u dont like extreme violence I would not recomend it at all (there is rape).
And if u wanna read a great comedy after all thoses depressing ones I suggest "Hot Blooded Woman" Still romance but not really hero falls for girl.
I also suggest that u reword what u are looking for. Cause all the tittles I gave do have the hero fall in love with the heroin, but the heroes also crash and burn cause of the heroin too. So "fall" can be interpreted both ways.
