What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I started reading thia series a few years ago and just forgot about it.
All I remember is that it took place in China and I'm pretty sure it's a manhua and not a manga. It was about a boy who wanted to be a chef. And there was this part
Where he was asked to prepare Mapo Tofu for this really important guy, and he was supposed to make it taste just like the Mapo Tofu the guy had eaten years ago and the boy succeeded cause he found out that the Mapo Tofu the guy was given that time was made with beans instead of meat.

Please help
