Once upon a time:
Nerdy Girl was childhood friends with the Popular Guy, but they drifted apart when they were growing up. Still the girl became like a slave to the guy (i.e. does his homework, his classroom duties), cuz she's blinded by love (or whatever).
BUT
The whole class bullies girl, and guy does nothing to stop that...or worse joins them in mistreating her. this goes on for like years..but something really major happens that'll be the last string for the girl to snap.
SO..
Girl got sick of the way she is treated by the guy so she drops her fake weak demeanor. The next time someone will try to bully her, she'll do something that will surprise everyone. And she's now really mean even towards the guy.
please help?
or... let's erase everything else but this request also includes fake personality. People think that girl is all soft and lady like because of her beauty. But girl's not really that weak...

I don't particular think that manhwa fits entirely, because the girl was weak to begin with, and after all the bullying she then pretends to be strong. So it's like a reversal of what the OP is looking for.
I would suggest A Tackle on My Life, and He Dedicated to Roses as prime examples of what you're looking for. Both have the girl pretending to be weak and get bullied but shows their strong side later. Hwang Mi-Ri and Han Yu-Rang's works has a lot of pretend-to-be-weak-but-really-strong female characters.

Oresama Teacher works because the heroine is ridiculously strong but acts weak. However, she is definitely not being bullied. Try it out.

One of the stories (first oneshot, I believe) in ...no Onna sounds close. Girl loves guy, he finally overdoes it, and she basically tells him to go away. However, since it's a oneshot, she ends up forgiving him rather quickly imo.
Also maybe Skip Beat? I mean, it's really well-known, but the event that starts the whole maga is similar to this.
Arguably both heroines are actually weak in the beginning, not just faking it, but I still think they come very close.
Edit: I lied, it's ...no Onna's second oneshot, "The S Girl".

When she accidently goes to his agency she over hears the guy talking to his agent about that the only reason he bought the girl was to use her as a maid. She was not happy at all and vowed her revenge but he told her the only way for her to get revenge was to become a bigger idol then him. So she gets a new image and starts her new life..... as an actor!!!
She also meets the guys biggest rival and starts to mend her brocken heart with new love!! Its hilarious the begging is a bit borin (1 chapter but u mist read all of it for it to make sense) but u will enjoy it promise!!!!
