Hey, I'm looking for a sibling manga...

Where one of the siblings has a huge amount of responsibility or stress and the other one just sort of coats through life stress free, without really knowing or understanding the burden on their sibling. The sibling who's got a lot going on, they do it because they want to protect their sister/brother but it's not easy, and because the sibling they're looking out for doesn't really know anything, it causes them a lot of frustration. Maybe something like the relationship between Tatsuki and Kotarou in Hands Off!.

Thanks

While I do endorse using categories + other search methods whenever possible, the OP is looking for something pretty specific. I don't think that category is gonna be much help.

Eclipse Hunter (Novel) - if you're fine with light novels, this one's great. The older brother (Devon) takes care of the younger brother (Daren).

Devon has a brother complex and gets very stressed when Daren gets into any kind of trouble at all, yet Daren likes to fight and get stronger. Daren kinda knows that it upsets Devon, but rather than stopping, he just hides his actions as much as he can.

It can also apply to the reverse - Devon is so absorbed in making his little brother happy that he doesn't care about anyone else, including the people Daren cares about, and he sometimes fails to understand what actually makes Daren happy. This brings a lot of stress to Daren, and Devon stays ignorant of his feelings.

Yes, thank you for linking me, however I already tried this search. I am looking for something more specific and would appreciate actual manga suggestions. I've also tried searching this search in the forum search and came up empty =(.

@Blique - Thank you for your novel suggestion! I'll check it out!

In the meantime, is there any manga that fits the bill?

THANK YOU!

I can probably think of a much better one, but PSYЯEN, in a way, just because I reread it recently. You can decide who has the greater burden. Not much focus on the sibling relationship, however.

There's something like this in Yakusoku Siren.
Sakura no Ichiban!, somewhat.

I remember something like that on Show Princess. They lost their parents early and since the little brother have a weak body, the older sister has to work hard for him so he can realise his dreams and all...
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
And she even enters a show business competition just to win the money for her brother.

It's not the main focus of the manga though

Aki-Sora:
It is revealed later that the older sister has harbored so much and been strong despite tragedy at a young age in order to protect her younger twin siblings.

Mon Seul:
Parents left siblings, and now the older brother works in order to support both himself and his little sister, with his best friend by his side, well, until . . .

Naruto:
Brotherhood plays an important role in the series. Look at the Itachi-Sasuke and Sasuke-Naruto (some fags say that they are gay, but pay them no mind) relationships.
