Aozora Yell is kind of similar with Kimi ni Todoke, with a shy protagonist and an amiable and good-natured. The romance is also slow, maybe will be slower than Kimi ni Todoke.

Love Catalog is pretty slow and a good read. Only it isn't finished scanalated. It was dropped.

What about suki-tte Ii na yo it's a great series about a shy quiet girl and a great, sensitive guy.

Also I think these will fit as well.

I love Kimi ni Todoke, and Dengeki Daisy and Hiyokoi are two of my top five very favourites. I also like most of the ones already suggested, so even though I only have one that seems to fit exactly, I figured I'd suggest ones I like that seem similar-ish too... sorry if they go too far off what you want!


Koko ni Iru Yo! This is the one that seems the closest. Sweet, slow, very shy main girl, school. It almost goes into a love triangle at one point, but backs off pretty quickly.


Beast Master Same Mangaka as Dengeki Daisy - I adore this one even though it doesn't fit the shy heroine at all, but if you like Dengeki Daisy...

Orange Marmalade the main girl is more reclusive than shy, but otherwise I think it fits. One of my other top 5. I got scared off from reading it by the vampire thing at first, but it is very good (and it's a webtoon, so weekly updates!).

Sora Log - the main girl is physically weak (and a bit ditzy) rather than shy. Very beautiful story though.

Ai Hime - Ai to Himegoto Same Mangaka as Sora Log (all of her stuff is beautiful!) Another of my top 5 - but it is about a girl and her (young) step-uncle, which some people don't like.

Velvet Blue Rose slow and sweet, though the shy/weak girl is a secondary character.

Biyaku Cafe its really a series of interconnected stories, and while the first main pair are definitely NOT slow (and the first chapter does head into the ecchi a bit), the chapter 'Full Moon' fits well especially. Actually, the first main girl is pretty shy too, so 'Hot Chocolate' would work somewhat.

Skip Beat doesn't fit AT ALL apart from the slow part, but its my very very favourite, so I'm recommending it anyways

already read Beast Master and Orange Marmalade, but I'll try the others, thanks!
