I hate girls who are weak, stupid and unreliable where they fall in love mostly because of some stupid reason and a lot of shoujo manga have girls that are like that. Akagami no Shirayukihime is pretty top on my list Kamisama Hajimemashita Kurenai Ouji seems to be developing pretty well Oiran Girl is historical, but the plotline is pretty good, I must warn you about the scanslation group's watermark that covers 1/4 of the page Dengeki Daisy Koi dano Ai dano for sure Skip Beat! not exactly high school setting even though she is a high schooler. I'm suggesting this because it's THE top of my list for the past couple of years for shoujo romance Ouran High School Host Club Vampire Knight...maybe, depends on whether you like the vampire thing, if you're a twilight fan, I promise this is 100% better though. Merupuri is adorable and if you like that type of relationship, I also suggest Dear Mine Last Game Charming Junkie hope it helps.
