It's been a while since I've wanted to read this manga again, but I just can't remember it's title. So here's a description of the story, and I hope someone will be able to tell me the title of the manga, or at the very least an idea.

A high school guy meets an adult on the streets. They have sex and keep meeting each other afterwards. The guy who's in high school lied about his age to the other guy so he's been drinking and smoking with him. A while later, the high school guy's teacher is absent for a while and his boyfriend (the other guy) replaces his teacher. So the other guy finds out that the guy he's seeing is a high school student. He refuses to continue their relationship, but in the end, he gives in. A while later, someone finds out about their relationship and the other guy (the substitute teacher) is in trouble.

...and that's all I can remember from the story...
