I've never read Yebisu celebrities but if it's gentle semes you want I did a similar thread to this a while back and it was all because I read:

Thanks, when I say gentle, I mean seme's that don't force themselves onto their partner and expect them to love them later on down the track, a seme guy who is willing to take it slowly, that's pretty much how the seme guy is like in Yebisu, its quite nice.

Hmm, well Love mode is tricky because at first the seme mistakes the main lead for someone he rented from a random service so technically he does force the uke. But after he realises his mistake it's exactly as you say, he waits for the uke to be ready for a relationship. It is such a sweet story.
