What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

Those two might be Ritsuko and Miki(short haired version) From The iDOLM@STER. It's a game but there are a few spin-off mangas and 2 animes. This pic is probably a fan art and couldn't recognise them at first but the last post gave me enough clues to figure out who and from where they are.
