Childhood friends and living together

I was wondering if you could recommend any mangas that revolves around a couple that were childhood friends (or some type of relatives) that got seperated, and now they somehow end up living together. A really big plus is if they are rivals but end up together! Genres I prefer are: romance, comedy, school life, josei/shoujo and smut. Of course, not all genres has to be included; those are just my preferences Genres I don't like are: shoujo ai, shounen ai, yaoi, yuri, ecchi and hentai. (Ecchi can I tolerate, just not in big amounts) Okay, thank you for any suggestions at all!
