Kare Kano is my favorite romance manga. It actually has Romance in it. So many so called romance titles don't seem to have any romance to them. I've heard several people mention Skip Beat as their favorite Romance manga but they must be reading a different Skip Beat as I am because it has yet to have any romance at all.

Some people don't care for Kare Kano, it but I really loved it. I even enjoyed the side stories which I normally hate. After I finished it, I felt a serious sense of loss since I wouldn't be spending any more time with the characters.It kills me that the author hasn't written anything else nearly as decent.

Kimi Ni Todoke, definitely

My favorite is the Kanon 2006 anime unfortunately the manga is not as good
If it has to be manga then for me it would be Ai yori Aoshi
P.S. you'd probably like Legend of Nereid and Saver they gives the same feel as Red River, Kanata Kara, and Basara all of which I like.

Strobe Edge! But there is also many other good mangas with romance in it. It's just that EVERYTHING about Strobe Edge, in my opinion, was perfect. Just reread it and now i feel kinda sad that it's over, just like last time, haha.
