Waah *_* So many replies in just a day...! Thank you very much.
I already have found some stuff that I'd love to try reading <3 But feel free to recommend more ^o^
But it seems I really read a lot of seinen.... a lot of bloody seinen.
I've already read:
Berserk - I would have definetly liked it too much if I hadn't known it before. ^^
Jackals - What a sweet reminder, I really need to complete this.
Black Lagoon - One of my personal favs
Dorohedoro - Another series I love....
Deadman Wonderland - full of gore and an entertaining story --> need to finish it without cliffhangers~
Ares - I'll try this one again ^^ But right now I'd prefer a bloodier seinen xD
historie - the art looks funnier and funnier I'll read it again when it's completed.
Darker Than Black - I watched the anime and I really liked it ^^ I might try the manga as well.
Hokuto no Ken - I'm not picky about art if otherwise it's a good manga. And this one looks interesting! Thanks for recommending =) I'll check it out.
Gantz I've reread it for the second time now. ^^ I love the story, and the main couple is so cute <3 But even if you don't like it, there's no need to talk bad about it, okay?
And BossKado just recommended me the manga you liked. If he doesn't like the artstyle who cares? Maybe I'm the type who loves older art styles and he is not. Who cares.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Now on to the mangas who haven't caught my eye yet before: (on to my wish list)
Kaibutsu Oujo
Hellsing
Franken Fran
Hokuto no Ken
Dogs: Bullets & Carnage
I'm not sure if I'll check out Ichi the killer. I might will do so later on =) But still, thanks for recommending it!
Oh, and it doesn't need to be that gory. I actually enjoy watching the expressions of the killer more ^^ So good art is always a bonus =)
And again: I don't really want a plot. I want something where I don't have to pay attention, something that's just entertaining.

@whatnot: yeah you're right with Claymore, but I think the plot is more interesting and plays a bigger role. It's the reason why I also wouldn't recommend Elfen Lied in here...
although if you're alright with thinking a little, both Claymore and Elfen Lied are good recs

Gekiryuuchi that one was good! Thank you so much for the recommendation, I never even had that one in my lists ^^
elfenlied already read it and you are right - it may be very bloody with lots of ecchi (that still annoys me), but I probably would have still read it in one go ^^;
Claymore never read it, just read the first few pages one day... hm... I think I'll read it <3 (just not now)
Saitama Chainsaw Shoujo I just skimmed it and it's a good example for what I'm really searching for - entertaining, but not addicting =)
Alright. I want more
PS: Sorry it seems like I forgot a few words on my comment above. "Now on to the mangas who haven't caught my eye" missed its "before". Sorry about that

Nooo..... I really read way too much seinen. ToT
I have read all of them: Shingeki no Kyojin, as well as Dorohedoro and even I am a Hero.
I'm only one or two volumes behind each of them =)
I tend to wait for the releases to pile up to read them all in one go <3 (I also prefer completed series)
Even so: Please recommend me even more bloody stuff ^^

You've read a lot of the gory manga :-|
Stylized Gore:
Dogs Bullets & Carnage - Fairly gory in a stylized way. Cheek gets bitten off, fingers get chopped off. Reminds me of black lagoon a little bit.
Jormungand - Same feeling as black lagoon. I can't remember how gory it was compared to Black lagoon. Some plot.
Aphorism - Is gory in a stylized shounen way. Survival series.
Kamisama no Iutoori - Survival horror that is pretty gory.
Gritty Gore:
Dokuro ** - people get ripped apart by this vigilante guy. Pretty weak plot-wise. I'm pretty sure this is what you're looking for.
Sidooh - This manga is gory. Someone gets stabbed through the head in the first chapter. By the same mangaka as blade of the immortal.
Blade of the Immortal - If i remember correctly, this manga is fairly gory.
Shigurui Seconded
Occasional Gore
These manga have some gory scenes, but they are not centered around gory action scenes.
Vinland Saga - About vikings and pirates. Vikings and pirates are generally violent. Plot heavy.
MPD Psycho - Has crime-related gore in it. Plot heavy.
Jiraishin - Crime related gore in it. Plot heavy.
