ok, last arc was... about nothing, and the one before had a weird ending (well, i didn't like it) so i just hope that this final arc's ending's gonna satisfy me... cuz i really don't want to feel that emptiness i feel after reading manga for years only to find out that it has a really really crappy ending...

For me it's still too early to tell how things will play out but I agree with weronique. I honestly hope for a good ending because otherwise it means I just wasted my time reading this manga.
And yes, I'm one of those persons that thinks the ending has a huge importance in the overall rating of a series, because without one (good ending) everything else kinda loses it's "charm".

So, Quincies are back. However, since this is Bleach, there's probably something else that can completely destroy hollows. Well, here's hoping for the sensible choice.

if it is the quincies, this is gonna totally mess up the anime. they already did a filler that explained/completed/answered any questions about the quincies.

agreed....and bleach really dont tell the reason for ichigo want to get stronger..i mean naruto want to be hokage....negi want to find his dad...but ichigo? no reason so far. and yet i'm surprised it's at 480 chapter AND final arc so far you know?

He wanted to get stronger to protect his family and then rescue Rukia. It is all explained back when Bleach made sense.

and yet it make less and less sense as it goes on....still. can't wait to see what this final arc brings out.

But anyway, I've never seen the anime, and there's nothing there to really prove they're the same continuity (like the movies).
